Meet Our Staff
Julie Reardon, MD
Dr. Julie Reardon has a passionate interest in empowering individuals to advocate for their own health. She is a leader in the Integrative Medicine movement and inspires both physicians and patients to live sustainable, healthy lifestyles. She is an avid student of life and the wonders of the mind, body and spirit.
After receiving a Magna Cum Laude degree in Psychology from Harvard University, she completed her medical training at The University of Connecticut School of Medicine. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine, certified by the American Board of Integrative Medicine and a Fellow of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine.
Dr. Julie and her husband have two sons, one in high school & one in college. Recently they adopted their dog Coco. Dr. Julie challenges herself daily to incorporate healthy habits in her and her family’s lives-putting her LIVE IT philosophy into practice!

Corrie Howell, FMCHC, CHES
Corrie Howell is our Health & Wellness Coach as well as our Office Manager. Corrie helps patients understand our practice and our philosophy. As a Health Coach, she also works collaboratively with patients to personalize and get clear on their health and wellness goals.
Corrie has always had a passion for health and wellness. In the past she interned at the Mayo Clinic Rochester as a Worksite Wellness Coordinator intern. Upon her return to Texas she received her Bachelors of Health & Wellness from Texas State University.
Corrie is certified through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy in collaboration with the Institute of Functional Medicine (FMCHC). She is also a Certified Health & Wellness Specialist (CHES) through the National Credentialing for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC).
