Dr. Julie Reardon is assisted in her mission to empower whole wellness by two dynamic and talented integrative health supporters.
Gale Gassiot, LVN
A Licensed Vocational Nurse for more than 40 years, Gale’s mission is to help others learn to heal themselves. She does this as both a healer and educator.
As an educator, Gale has developed comprehensive education departments in several internal medicine clinics, presenting health education classes in group and one-on-one meetings.
As one of Austin’s very first female firefighters, she also taught cadets in the Austin Fire Academy Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) classes and re-certified existing EMTs throughout the department.
In order to further enhance her practice in the healing arts, Gale is certified in Healing Touch, Reiki, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Shamanic Counseling.
A gifted visual artist, Gale’s peacock painting is one of the highlights of the office’s reception area.
Corrie Howell, CHES
Most days, Corrie is the face of Lake Travis Integrative Medicine. As the receptionist, she is the first to greet most of our patients, as well as Dr. Reardon’s office assistant.
Corrie has always been passionate about empowering people to live healthy lifestyles. In 2013, Corrie enjoyed a position at the Mayo Clinic Rochester as a Worksite Wellness Coordinator intern. Upon her return to Texas she received her Bachelors of Health & Wellness from Texas State University.
A Certified Health & Wellness Specialist (CHES) she is credentialed through the National Credentialing for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC).
Corrie looks forward to supporting Lake Travis Integrative Medicine’s patients in meeting their health and wellness goals.
